How does the ordering process work?
You put your desired item in the shopping cart or call up your desired item from the shopping list and put it in the
shopping cart.By clicking on the blue shopping cart symbol at the top right, you will receive a list of all the
products that are there. By clicking on the “checkout” button you will be able to log in or register. Here you
have the opportunity to order without a customer account. You can then check the shopping cart at your leisure, read and confirm the terms and conditions.
By clicking the “order with payment” button you complete your ordering process. Your order will reach us directly
and will be processed by us.
Where can I see the status of my order?
Log in to "My Account". All orders are listed here by date under “Orders”.
What do I do if I want to change the order later?
If you make a subsequent change to your order, please contact us by email stating the order number. You can also
use the contact form for this.
Who do I contact if I have a complaint?
You can send us a message using the contact form.

Where can I view and change my account details?
Click on “My Account” at the top right of the website. After successfully logging in with your email address
and password, you will see all the data stored, which can be corrected if necessary.
Forgot your password?
In the registration area, click on the “Forgot password” button. You enter your email address and you will
receive a confirmation email with a link to generate a new password.

How can I make my payment?
Customers in Germany can pay in our shop by invoice, direct debit mandate or PayPal. For foreign countries
we offer the payment method Paypal.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
You can subscribe to the newsletter by entering your email address at the bottom of the website.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
In every newsletter you will find a link to unsubscribe at the bottom. You will receive a confirmation from us that
you have unsubscribed.
+ Shippment
How much does delivery cost?
The shipping costs depend on the recipient address and the shipping weight. The shipping costs will be
displayed in the shopping cart of your order. We deliver free of charge within Germany for goods worth over €25.00.

Where can I find rental equipment?
Click on the “Orchestra and Ensemble” button at the top right of the website to reach the “Rental Material”
section. All performance materials are available there.
Where can I get information about rental equipment?
If you would like further information about our rental equipment, please use our contact form.
Why is there no price for rental equipment listed online?
The fees depend individually on the planned performance. Contact us and we will be happy to make you an offer.

How often can I download my digital data?
The titles can be downloaded 3 times within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Where can I find my digital data?
In the "My Account" area, all information about the digital data can be accessed under the menu item
"Instant Downloads" if you have registered with us as a customer. Without a customer account, you will
only have the information in the confirmation email you receive from us.
Can I cancel the purchase of the digital data?
By purchasing digital data, you agree that Heinrichshofen Verlag will begin executing the contract before
the cancellation period expires. This means your right of withdrawal expires. For printed works, your right of
withdrawal remains.
Can I share or copy my digital data?
You can print out and save your digital data (notes) in the ordered quantity in DIN A4 format for your personal
use. Please note that sheet music purchased digitally may not be passed on and you are not authorized to make
unauthorized copies or pass them on. If a different number of copies is required, it must be purchased in the
intended quantity from Heinrichshofen Verlag.
Do I need special software to display the digital data?
To access and display the digital data (PDF), you need PDF-readable software, such as Acrobat Reader.
How do you know that this is valid digital data?
Your personalized information is located on the outer edges of every page of the digital editions, which does not
restrict the use of your data. The data is also protected with an invisible watermark, which allows us to track it.
