Burkhard Blady hat 12 lateinamerikanische Tänze und Lieder jeweils für zwei Instrumente und für Gitarre solo komponiert. Der für die Solofassung geforderte Wechsel von Zupf- und Schlagtechnik ist in der zweistimmigen Version auf verschiedene Stimmen verteilt und kann daher zunächst getrennt geübt werden. Die melodische 1. Stimme ist auch für Melodieinstrumente geeignet. Der Spieler der 2. Stimme kann zwischen einer notierten Zupfbegleitung und einer extra ausgearbeiteten Begleitung für Schlaggitarre wählen.
