In the course of a ‘guitar wave’ that appeared at the beginning of the 19th century, Schubert's songs were published with guitar accompaniments. Based on the historical editions and taking into account today's standards for faithfulness to the text and thus to the work, the world-renowned guitarist Konrad Ragossnig has produced an edition that fulfils the highest standards in terms of source criticism and practical performance.
